Can I use it now?
Yes. Everything is free during beta. Start free with Google or your email, or try the example bar first with no sign-up.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. Add them by email as Staff (they count on their phone and submit cocktail ideas, and never see your costs) or as a Manager (they can change everything and add staff).
When do paid plans start?
At launch, together with multiple locations. Waitlist members hear first and get early access.
What happens to the data I enter now?
Signed in, it's saved to your account and private to your bar's team, so you can open it on any device and go back to earlier versions. Without signing in it stays in your browser. Either way, Backup keeps a copy on your computer, and it stays yours when paid plans start.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month, or yearly if you choose annual billing. There's no contract.
